  1. 1. Thoroughly rinse the blueberries under running water.
  2. 2. Pat the berries dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Set the prepared blueberries aside.
  4. 4. Beat the eggs in a large bowl using a fork or a whisk.
  5. 5. Pour the milk into the eggs and stir briefly.
  6. 6. Add the flour to the bowl.
  7. 7. Add the baking powder.
  8. 8. Sprinkle the whole cane sugar into the mixture.
  9. 9. Add a pinch of salt.
  10. 10. Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer for 1 to 2 minutes until the batter is smooth.
  11. 11. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
  12. 12. Pour portions of the batter into the hot pan to form individual pancakes.
  13. 13. Fry the pancakes over medium heat until the underside is golden brown.
  14. 14. Flip the pancakes and fry them on the other side until golden brown.
  15. 15. Remove the finished pancakes from the pan.
  16. 16. Stack the pancakes on top of each other on a plate.
  17. 17. Place the prepared blueberries over the pancakes.
  18. 18. Drizzle maple syrup over the dish.
  19. 19. Serve the pancakes immediately while warm.
