  1. 1. Rinse the blueberries under running water.
  2. 2. Pat the berries dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Set the prepared blueberries aside.
  4. 4. Beat the eggs in a large bowl with a fork or whisk.
  5. 5. Pour the milk into the eggs and stir briefly.
  6. 6. Add the flour to the bowl.
  7. 7. Add the baking powder.
  8. 8. Sprinkle in the whole cane sugar.
  9. 9. Lightly salt the mixture.
  10. 10. Mix everything with a hand mixer for 1 to 2 minutes until the batter is smooth.
  11. 11. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
  12. 12. Pour portions of batter into the hot pan.
  13. 13. Fry the pancakes over medium heat until the underside is golden brown.
  14. 14. Flip the pancakes and fry them golden brown on the other side as well.
  15. 15. Stack the finished pancakes on top of each other to keep them warm.
  16. 16. Serve the pancakes with maple syrup and the prepared blueberries.
