🍳 Overnight oats with fresh summer fruit

Ingredients
- 150 g coarse oat flakes
- 250 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 250 g large apples (1 large apple)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 40 g ground almond kernels (4 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 150 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 50 ml whipping cream
- 100 g apricots
- 150 g peaches
- 100 g blueberries
Instructions
- 1. Pour the milk into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the oatmeal into the milk until well combined.
- 3. Cover the bowl.
- 4. Place the bowl in the refrigerator overnight.
- 5. Wash the apple thoroughly.
- 6. Cut the apple into four quarters.
- 7. Remove the core from the apple pieces.
- 8. Grate the apple flesh finely.
- 9. Mix the grated apples with the lemon juice.
- 10. Fold the apple-lemon mixture into the overnight soaked oats.
- 11. Stir the almonds into the oatmeal mixture.
- 12. Add the honey and stir it in.
- 13. Mix the yogurt into the mixture.
- 14. Stir the cream into the oatmeal.
- 15. Wash the apricots and peaches.
- 16. Cut the apricots and peaches in half.
- 17. Remove the pits from the fruits.
- 18. Cut the flesh of the apricots and peaches into wedges.
- 19. Wash the blueberries.
- 20. Pat the blueberries dry with a cloth.
- 21. Fill the oatmeal mixture into four bowls.
- 22. Garnish the bowls with the prepared fruit.
