  1. 1. Put the oats, milk, and vanilla powder into a bowl.
  2. 2. Stir the mixture vigorously until everything is well combined.
  3. 3. Then divide the mixture evenly between two glasses or jars.
  4. 4. Take the skyr, lemon zest, and cane sugar into a separate bowl.
  5. 5. Stir the ingredients until smooth, with no lumps left.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge overnight.
  7. 7. The next morning, take the overnight oats and the skyr mixture out of the fridge.
  8. 8. Stir the skyr briefly.
  9. 9. Hull and wash the strawberries.
  10. 10. Chop them into small pieces.
  11. 11. Layer them alternately with the skyr on top of the overnight oats.
  12. 12. Finish the layers with a few strawberry pieces.
  13. 13. Chop the pistachios.
  14. 14. Sprinkle them along with the hemp seeds over the finished dish.
