🍳 Overnight Oats with Skyr

Ingredients
- 70 g rolled oats
- 150 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 2 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 300 g skyr
- 0.5 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoon raw cane sugar
- 250 g strawberries
- 2 teaspoon pistachios
- 2 teaspoon peeled hemp seeds
Instructions
- 1. Put the oats, milk, and vanilla powder into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the mixture vigorously until everything is well combined.
- 3. Then divide the mixture evenly between two glasses or jars.
- 4. Take the skyr, lemon zest, and cane sugar into a separate bowl.
- 5. Stir the ingredients until smooth, with no lumps left.
- 6. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge overnight.
- 7. The next morning, take the overnight oats and the skyr mixture out of the fridge.
- 8. Stir the skyr briefly.
- 9. Hull and wash the strawberries.
- 10. Chop them into small pieces.
- 11. Layer them alternately with the skyr on top of the overnight oats.
- 12. Finish the layers with a few strawberry pieces.
- 13. Chop the pistachios.
- 14. Sprinkle them along with the hemp seeds over the finished dish.
