  1. 1. Roughly chop the chocolate.
  2. 2. Mix the spelt flakes, cocoa powder, and oat milk in a bowl.
  3. 3. Fold the chopped chocolate into the oat mixture.
  4. 4. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least two hours, preferably overnight.
  5. 5. Roughly chop the pistachio kernels the next morning.
  6. 6. Wash the figs and pat them dry.
  7. 7. Cut the figs into quarters.
  8. 8. Wash the mint and shake off excess water.
  9. 9. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  10. 10. Divide the overnight oats into two bowls or lidded jars.
  11. 11. Distribute the fig quarters and mint leaves over the oats.
  12. 12. Sprinkle the dish with the chopped pistachios and cocoa nibs.
