🍳 Chocolate Fig Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1 piece dark chocolate (30 g; min. 70% cocoa content)
- 5 tbsp spelt flakes (75 g)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (10 g; highly defatted)
- 200 ml oat drink (oat milk)
- 2 tbsp pistachio kernels (30 g)
- 2 figs
- 2 sprigs mint
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs (10 g)
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the chocolate.
- 2. Mix the spelt flakes, cocoa powder, and oat milk in a bowl.
- 3. Fold the chopped chocolate into the oat mixture.
- 4. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least two hours, preferably overnight.
- 5. Roughly chop the pistachio kernels the next morning.
- 6. Wash the figs and pat them dry.
- 7. Cut the figs into quarters.
- 8. Wash the mint and shake off excess water.
- 9. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 10. Divide the overnight oats into two bowls or lidded jars.
- 11. Distribute the fig quarters and mint leaves over the oats.
- 12. Sprinkle the dish with the chopped pistachios and cocoa nibs.
