Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1. Take two blood oranges and remove the peel completely. Make sure no white pith remains on the fruit.
  2. 2. Carefully cut out the fruit segments between the thin membranes.
  3. 3. Cut the fillets into smaller pieces if you find them too large.
  4. 4. Put the oats, milk, yogurt, and honey into a bowl.
  5. 5. Stir the ingredients vigorously until they are well combined.
  6. 6. Fold in the prepared orange pieces into the oat mixture.
  7. 7. Fill the mixture into small screw-top jars. Each jar should hold about 250 milliliters.
  8. 8. Seal the jars tightly.
  9. 9. Place the jars in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
  10. 10. It is best to let the oats swell overnight.
  11. 11. Take the remaining orange and peel it completely as well.
  12. 12. Also here, carefully release the fruit flesh from the membranes.
  13. 13. Add the fresh orange pieces as a topping to the soaked oats.
  14. 14. Serve the breakfast now directly.
