🍳 Overnight oats with berries

Ingredients
- 50 g Oats (5 tbsp; e.g. fine or coarse oat flakes)
- 120 ml Milk (3.5% fat) (Alternatively water, plant-based drink or 150 g plain yogurt)
- 1 tsp Honey (or agave syrup)
- 15 g Walnut kernels (1 tbsp)
- 10 g Pistachio kernels (1 tbsp)
- 50 g mixed berries (e.g. raspberries and blueberries)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse a container with a lid using hot water.
- 2. Place the oats into the prepared container.
- 3. Add the milk and yogurt to the oats.
- 4. Stir the ingredients together thoroughly.
- 5. Close the container with the lid.
- 6. Place the container in the refrigerator overnight.
- 7. Take the container out of the refrigerator the next morning.
- 8. Stir the oat mixture once well.
- 9. Sweeten the mixture to taste with honey or agave syrup.
- 10. Roughly chop the walnut kernels and pistachios.
- 11. Wash the berries thoroughly.
- 12. Garnish the overnight oats with the nuts and berries.
- 13. Enjoy your breakfast.
