  1. 1. Put the buckwheat flakes, flaxseeds, and one tablespoon of full cane sugar into a bowl.
  2. 2. Pour in the oat drink and stir the mixture well.
  3. 3. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator overnight to let the ingredients swell.
  4. 4. Wash the apple thoroughly.
  5. 5. Cut the apple in half and remove the core.
  6. 6. Cut the apple flesh into small cubes.
  7. 7. Cut the dates into thin strips.
  8. 8. Wash the grapes.
  9. 9. Cut the grapes in half.
  10. 10. Remove the seeds from the grapes if they still have them.
  11. 11. Mix the chopped apple, date strips, and grapes in a bowl.
  12. 12. Add the remaining sugar and lemon juice and mix everything well.
  13. 13. Chop the Brazil nuts coarsely.
  14. 14. Chop the chocolate coarsely.
  15. 15. Take the bowl with the buckwheat out of the refrigerator.
  16. 16. Stir the buckwheat vigorously once more.
  17. 17. Fill the buckwheat into four glasses.
  18. 18. Put the soy yogurt on top of the buckwheat.
  19. 19. Distribute the fruit mixture on top of the yogurt.
  20. 20. Decorate the dish with the chopped Brazil nuts and chocolate.
