  4. 4. Mix the yeast with one tablespoon of sugar and some milk.
  5. 5. Pour the yeast mixture into the well.
  6. 6. Lightly dust the mixture with flour.
  7. 7. Add salt, the remaining milk, the remaining sugar, the butter, and the egg.
  8. 8. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  9. 9. Cover the bowl.
  10. 10. Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size.
  11. 11. Dice the apricots roughly.
  12. 12. Toss the apricots in flour.
  13. 13. Knead the apricots into the dough.
  14. 14. Divide the dough into eight equal pieces.
  15. 15. Shape each piece into a roll about 40 centimeters long.
  16. 16. Coil the roll into a snake.
  17. 17. Form a circle by pressing the ends firmly together.
