  3. 3. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
  4. 4. Melt the butter in a pan and sweat the onion cubes until translucent.
  5. 5. Add the drained rice to the onion and stir everything well until the rice shines translucently.
  6. 6. Deglaze the mixture with the hot meat broth.
  7. 7. Season the mixture with salt to your taste.
  8. 8. Cover the pan and place it in the oven.
  9. 9. Let the rice cook covered for about 20 minutes.
  10. 10. For the garnish, peel another onion and slice it into rings.
  11. 11. Fry the onion rings in clarified butter until golden yellow.
  12. 12. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the onions and let them caramelize slightly.
