  2. 2. Peel the onion and the garlic.
  3. 3. Chop the onion and garlic very finely.
  4. 4. Add the curry powder, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper to the meat.
  5. 5. Mix everything well until a smooth mixture forms.
  6. 6. Moisten your hands with a little water.
  7. 7. Shape apricot-sized meatballs from the mixture.
  8. 8. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan.
  9. 9. Fry the meatballs all around.
  10. 10. Remove the meatballs from the pan and let them cool down briefly.
  11. 11. Lightly oil wooden skewers.
  12. 12. Thread the cooled meatballs onto the skewers.
  13. 13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (Gas: Level 2-3, Fan: 160 degrees).
  14. 14. Bake the skewers in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

  16. 16. Halve the cucumber and remove the seeds.

  26. 26. Add the diced vegetable and mint ingredients to the dressing mixture.
