🍰 Fruity Skewer with Orange, Grapefruit, and Kumquat

Ingredients
- 200 g Kumquat
- 1 Orange
- 1 Grapefruit
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 3 sprigs Mint
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the kumquats under running water.
- 2. Halve half of the washed kumquats.
- 3. Cut off the peel from the orange until only the fruit flesh remains.
- 4. Cut off the peel from the grapefruit until only the fruit flesh remains.
- 5. Separate the segments (individual fruit chambers without skin and membrane) from the orange.
- 6. Separate the segments from the grapefruit.
- 7. Place the orange and grapefruit segments into a bowl.
- 8. Add the honey to the segments.
- 9. Mix the segments with the honey so they are well coated.
- 10. Let the marinated segments rest for a short moment.
- 11. Wash the mint thoroughly.
- 12. Shake the mint dry to remove excess water.
- 13. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 14. Thread the whole kumquats alternately with the segments and the mint onto the wooden skewers.
- 15. Thread the halved kumquats alternately with the segments and the mint onto the wooden skewers.
- 16. Arrange two fruit skewers on a plate each.
- 17. Serve the skewers immediately.
