  1. 1. Squeeze the five oranges to extract the juice.
  2. 2. Add the orange juice, liquid sugar (sugar dissolved and boiled in water), and cinnamon to a bowl.
  3. 3. Stir the ingredients well until the sugar has dissolved.
  4. 4. Place the metal bowl with the mixture in the freezer for one and a half hours.
  5. 5. Whip the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
  6. 6. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the partially frozen orange sugar mixture.
  7. 7. Place the bowl in the ice cream maker for two and a half to three hours.
  8. 8. Mix the mixture well every thirty minutes to achieve a creamy consistency.
  9. 9. Wash the unpeeled orange under hot water and dry it off.
  10. 10. Slice the orange and then halve the slices.
  11. 11. Roughly chop the Brazil nuts.
  12. 12. Wash the mint and pluck the leaves from the stems.
  13. 13. Scoop the finished sorbet onto pre-chilled plates using a large ice cream scoop.
  14. 14. Garnish the sorbet with the orange pieces, Brazil nuts, and mint leaves.
  15. 15. Serve the dessert immediately.
