Ingredients
- 4 Oranges
- 8 fresh Dates
- 1 tbsp dried Mallow Leaves (for Mallow Tea)
- Lemon Balm Leaves
Instructions
- 1. Peel the oranges using a sharp knife.
- 2. Remove all white pith from the fruit.
- 3. Cut the oranges crosswise into round slices.
- 4. Make a small cut into the dates.
- 5. Remove the pits from the dates.
- 6. Cut the pitted dates into small cubes.
- 7. Distribute the orange slices onto four dessert plates.
- 8. Place the date cubes over the oranges.
- 9. Sprinkle the dish with mallow leaves.
- 10. Garnish it finally with lemon balm.
