Ingredients
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 6 untreated Oranges
Instructions
- 1. Put the sugar, lemon juice, and 150 milliliters of water into a pot.
- 2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 3. Let the syrup simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
- 4. Rinse the oranges under hot water.
- 5. Dry the oranges with a kitchen towel.
- 6. Peel the oranges thinly.
- 7. Place the peels in the hot syrup for a few minutes.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius.
- 9. Use the top and bottom heat settings.
- 10. Place the peels on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 11. Place the tray in the preheated oven.
- 12. Dry the peels for about 2 to 3 hours.
