🍽️ Fresh Orange Sprout Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oranges
- 4 red onions
- 1 endive
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch sugar
- 6 tbsp oil
- 100 g bean sprouts
Instructions
- 1. Peel the oranges completely, removing all white pith.
- 2. Cut the fruit flesh into thick slices.
- 3. Catch the released orange juice in a small bowl.
- 4. Peel the onions.
- 5. Cut the onions into thin wedges.
- 6. Remove the endive salad leaves from the core.
- 7. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 8. Wash the salad pieces thoroughly.
- 9. Dry the salad using a salad spinner.
- 10. Add vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, and oil to a large bowl.
- 11. Whisk the ingredients vigorously until the sugar has dissolved.
- 12. Add the orange slices and onion wedges to the dressing mixture.
- 13. Fold in the soy sprouts.
- 14. Mix everything gently but thoroughly.
- 15. Gently fold in the dried endive salad.
- 16. Arrange the finished salad in a shallow bowl.
