🍽️ Crispy Carrots with Oranges and Shallots

Ingredients
- 8 carrots
- 5 oranges
- 2 shallots
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 tbsp lavender honey
- 3 tbsp orange blossom water
- salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots.
- 2. Slice the carrots into very thin rounds.
- 3. Sauté the carrot slices in oil for 5 minutes.
- 4. Make sure the carrots remain crisp-tender.
- 5. Allow the carrots to cool down completely.
- 6. Peel the oranges thoroughly.
- 7. Remove the white pith from the oranges.
- 8. Slice the oranges into thin pieces.
- 9. Peel the shallots.
- 10. Slice the shallots into very thin rings.
- 11. Collect the juice from the shallots.
- 12. Wash the coriander.
- 13. Chop the coriander finely.
- 14. Mix the honey with the orange blossom water.
- 15. Layer the cooled carrots, orange slices, and shallot rings.
- 16. Season the salad with salt.
- 17. Drizzle the salad with the honey-orange blossom water mixture.
- 18. Let the salad marinate for 10 minutes.
- 19. Sprinkle the salad with the chopped coriander.
- 20. Serve the salad immediately.
