🍽️ Orange Salad with Honey Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 4 small oranges (1 of them unwaxed)
- juice of 1 lemons
- 2 tsp lavender honey
- 2 tsp rosemary honey
- 1 tsp grainy mustard
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 head lettuce
- to taste lavender flowers (for decoration and rosemary)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the unwashed orange under hot water.
- 2. Remove the peel using a zester.
- 3. Remove the white pith from all oranges.
- 4. Slice the oranges.
- 5. Whisk the lemon juice with the two types of honey, the mustard, and the oil.
- 6. Season the vinaigrette sparingly with salt and pepper.
- 7. Pour the vinaigrette over the orange slices and the orange peel.
- 8. Let the salad marinate for 15 minutes.
- 9. Clean the head of lettuce.
- 10. Wash the lettuce.
- 11. Spin the lettuce dry.
- 12. Arrange the salad with the oranges.
- 13. Garnish the salad with lavender flowers and rosemary as desired.
- 14. Serve the salad.
