  2. 2. Dry the orange with a cloth.
  3. 3. Slice the orange into thin rounds.
  4. 4. Cut each orange slice into four small pieces.
  5. 5. Pour the orange juice and sugar into a pot.
  6. 6. Heat the mixture until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  7. 7. Pour the hot tea into the juice and sugar mixture.
  8. 8. Stir in the rum.
  9. 9. Pour the punch into pre-warmed glasses.
  10. 10. Garnish each glass with the prepared orange slices.
