🍽️ Fruity Orange Pudding

Ingredients
- 500 g whipping cream
- 1 tbsp grated orange peel
- 100 ml orange juice
- 20 ml orange liqueur
- 100 g sugar
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 4 sheets white gelatin
- 3 oranges
- 6 molds (approx. 200 ml capacity each)
Instructions
- 1. Mix 400 grams of cream with sugar, quark, orange juice, and orange zest using the beaters of an electric hand mixer.
- 2. Soak the gelatin in cold water for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Squeeze out the gelatin and dissolve it in the orange liqueur in a small saucepan over low heat.
- 4. Stir in 3 tablespoons of the quark mixture and blend it thoroughly into the rest of the mixture.
- 5. Whip the remaining cream until stiff and fold it in.
- 6. Peel one orange and cut off 6 thicker slices.
- 7. Cut out the slices to fit the bottoms of the molds and place them in the molds.
- 8. Fill in the orange mousse and let it set in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
- 9. Peel the remaining oranges thoroughly with a sharp knife and cut out the fillets along the inner membranes.
- 10. Dip the molds briefly in hot water, turn them out onto dessert plates, and serve garnished with orange fillets.
