  5. 5. Crush the waffles into fine crumbs using a rolling pin.
  6. 6. Knead the wafer crumbs with the soft butter to form a dough.
  7. 7. Press the dough into a springform pan.
  8. 8. Place the pan in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
  9. 9. Bring the hazelnuts and one tablespoon of sugar to a boil in the milk.
  10. 10. Mix the pudding powder with a little cold water until smooth.
  11. 11. Pour the pudding mixture into the hot milk.
  12. 12. Stir continuously until the cream thickens.
