Ingredients
- 350 g orange marmalade
- 400 g Greek yogurt
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 40 g roasted pistachio kernels (salted)
Instructions
- 1. Put the orange marmalade and 50 milliliters of water into a pot.
- 2. Warm the mixture on the stove.
- 3. Stir until the marmalade is smooth and free of lumps.
- 4. Distribute the warm marmalade evenly among four glasses.
- 5. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for about one hour to chill.
- 6. Mix the yogurt with the powdered sugar in a bowl.
- 7. Chop the pistachios coarsely.
- 8. Place the yogurt on top of the cold marmalade in the glasses.
- 9. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the dessert.
