  1. 1. Wash the orange thoroughly under hot water.
  2. 2. Slice the orange into paper-thin rounds.
  3. 3. Place the orange slices, the peel of one lemon, a cinnamon stick, and the coffee in a pot.
  4. 4. Add just under one liter of water.
  5. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  6. 6. Stir in the sugar.
  7. 7. Let the mixture bubble vigorously for about four minutes.
  8. 8. Remove the cinnamon stick from the pot.
  9. 9. Check briefly if the jelly is setting properly.
  10. 10. Remove the pot from the heat.
  11. 11. Immediately pour the jelly along with the orange slices into the prepared jars.
  12. 12. Seal the jars tightly.
  13. 13. Place the jars upside down on their lids for about ten minutes.
  14. 14. Turn the jars right side up.
  15. 15. Let the jelly cool down.
