🥤 Orange Coffee Jelly

Ingredients
- 1 untreated orange
- 1 tbsp grated lemon peel (untreated)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 tbsp instant coffee powder
- 500 g jam sugar (2:1)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the orange thoroughly under hot water.
- 2. Slice the orange into paper-thin rounds.
- 3. Place the orange slices, the peel of one lemon, a cinnamon stick, and the coffee in a pot.
- 4. Add just under one liter of water.
- 5. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 6. Stir in the sugar.
- 7. Let the mixture bubble vigorously for about four minutes.
- 8. Remove the cinnamon stick from the pot.
- 9. Check briefly if the jelly is setting properly.
- 10. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 11. Immediately pour the jelly along with the orange slices into the prepared jars.
- 12. Seal the jars tightly.
- 13. Place the jars upside down on their lids for about ten minutes.
- 14. Turn the jars right side up.
- 15. Let the jelly cool down.
