  1. 1. Wash the oranges thoroughly under hot water and pat them dry.
  2. 2. Grate the fine zest of the oranges to capture the aroma.
  3. 3. Squeeze the juice from the oranges.
  4. 4. Add the orange juice and honey to a pot.
  5. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  6. 6. Let the mixture simmer gently for a few minutes to blend the flavors.
  7. 7. Pour the warm mixture into a bowl.
  8. 8. Allow the mixture to cool down completely.
  9. 9. Stir the orange zest into the cooled liquid.
  10. 10. Add the well-drained cream cheese and stir it in.
  11. 11. Add the yogurt and stir it in.
  12. 12. Whip the cream until it is semi-stiff.
  13. 13. Gently fold the whipped cream into the rest of the ice cream base.
  14. 14. Fill the ice cream base into the ice pop molds.
  15. 15. Place the molds in the freezer for about 2 hours until the mixture starts to freeze.
  16. 16. Insert wooden sticks into the center of the frozen mixture.
  17. 17. Let the ice pops freeze completely for another approx. 3 hours.
  18. 18. Take the ice pops out of the freezer about 5 minutes before serving.
  19. 19. Carefully release the ice pops from the molds.
