🍽️ Heavenly Orange Ice Pops

Ingredients
- 2 untreated oranges
- 80 g honey
- 200 g cream cheese
- 200 g yogurt
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 4 wooden sticks
Instructions
- 1. Wash the oranges thoroughly under hot water and pat them dry.
- 2. Grate the fine zest of the oranges to capture the aroma.
- 3. Squeeze the juice from the oranges.
- 4. Add the orange juice and honey to a pot.
- 5. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 6. Let the mixture simmer gently for a few minutes to blend the flavors.
- 7. Pour the warm mixture into a bowl.
- 8. Allow the mixture to cool down completely.
- 9. Stir the orange zest into the cooled liquid.
- 10. Add the well-drained cream cheese and stir it in.
- 11. Add the yogurt and stir it in.
- 12. Whip the cream until it is semi-stiff.
- 13. Gently fold the whipped cream into the rest of the ice cream base.
- 14. Fill the ice cream base into the ice pop molds.
- 15. Place the molds in the freezer for about 2 hours until the mixture starts to freeze.
- 16. Insert wooden sticks into the center of the frozen mixture.
- 17. Let the ice pops freeze completely for another approx. 3 hours.
- 18. Take the ice pops out of the freezer about 5 minutes before serving.
- 19. Carefully release the ice pops from the molds.
