Ingredients
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 4 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
- 0.5 orange (use the grated peel)
- freshly grated ginger
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- salt
- 6 tbsp oil
Instructions
- 1. Put all the ingredients for the dressing into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients vigorously until they are well combined.
- 3. Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
- 4. Pour the finished dressing over your salad and serve.
