🍽️ Orange cream with fresh fruit

Ingredients
- Juice of one orange
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 250 g mascarpone
- 150 g whipping cream
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 600 g mixed fruits (e.g. peaches, blackberries, apricots, raspberries...)
- Cantuccini (almond biscuits)

Instructions
- 1. Whisk mascarpone, cream, powdered sugar, lemon zest, orange and lemon juice with the beaters of the electric hand mixer until smooth.
- 2. Wash, clean and cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces. Distribute the fruit with the berries on plates. Add the mascarpone cream on top, sprinkle with orange zest and serve with cantuccini.
