🍽️ Orange Cinnamon Salad

Ingredients
- 4 untreated oranges
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp orange blossom water
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 30 g chopped pistachio kernels
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the oranges under hot water.
- 2. Grate the outer peel of the oranges finely.
- 3. Peel the fruits completely with a knife.
- 4. Slice the fruit flesh into thin slices.
- 5. Warm the powdered sugar together with 50 milliliters of water in a pot.
- 6. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- 7. Let the resulting syrup cool down.
- 8. Mix the cooled syrup with orange blossom water and cinnamon.
- 9. Pour the cinnamon mixture over the orange slices.
- 10. Let the oranges marinate for about 20 minutes.
- 11. Serve the salad in individual bowls.
- 12. Sprinkle the dish with pistachios.
