  3. 3. Peel the fruits completely with a knife.
  4. 4. Slice the fruit flesh into thin slices.
  5. 5. Warm the powdered sugar together with 50 milliliters of water in a pot.
  6. 6. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  7. 7. Let the resulting syrup cool down.
  8. 8. Mix the cooled syrup with orange blossom water and cinnamon.
  9. 9. Pour the cinnamon mixture over the orange slices.
  10. 10. Let the oranges marinate for about 20 minutes.
  11. 11. Serve the salad in individual bowls.
  12. 12. Sprinkle the dish with pistachios.
