🥤 Fruity Smoothie with Orange, Tomato and Pepper

Ingredients
- 2 Oranges
- 100 ml Orange juice
- 4 Tomatoes
- 2 red Bell peppers
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 4 Basil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the oranges, cut the flesh into small pieces, and catch the juice that escapes. Put everything together with the collected orange juice into a stand mixer.
- 2. Clean the tomatoes, wash them thoroughly, and cut them into small cubes. Put them into the mixer. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, wash them, and cut them into small pieces as well. Add these to the mixer too.
- 3. Season the mixture with some pepper and soy sauce. Puree the contents as finely as possible. Fill the smoothie into glasses. Wash the basil leaves and place one leaf on each drink as decoration.
