🍽️ Creamy Orange Mustard Dip

Ingredients
- 150 g sour cream
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 tsp orange honey
- 1 tbsp medium-hot mustard
- 1 small orange
- 2 sprigs tarragon
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Put sour cream, crème fraîche, honey, and mustard into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients with a spoon or whisk until the sauce is completely smooth and uniform.
- 3. Peel the orange and make sure to remove the white bitter pith as well.
- 4. Use a sharp knife to cut the segments out of the orange.
- 5. Catch the released orange juice in a separate small bowl.
- 6. Cut the orange segments into small cubes.
- 7. Set aside a few of the orange pieces for decoration.
- 8. Stir the remaining orange pieces and the collected juice into the mustard sauce.
- 9. Wash the tarragon and shake it dry.
- 10. Pluck the leaves off the stem and chop them finely.
- 11. Add the chopped tarragon leaves to the sauce.
- 12. Season the dip finally with salt and pepper to taste.
- 13. Serve the dip and sprinkle it with the reserved orange pieces.
- 14. This dip pairs perfectly with fish, poultry, and lamb.
