  2. 2. Peel the remaining oranges completely with a sharp knife until no white pith remains.
  3. 3. Slice the peeled oranges.
  4. 4. Arrange the orange slices on a plate, alternating between red and yellow.
  5. 5. Remove the skin and pit from the avocado.
  6. 6. Dice the avocado flesh into small cubes.
  7. 7. Drizzle the avocado cubes with lime juice.
  8. 8. Pick the arugula leaves from tough stems and wash them thoroughly.
  9. 9. Spin the arugula dry.
  10. 10. Wash the radishes.
  11. 11. Remove the green stems and root ends of the radishes.
  12. 12. Slice the radishes into very thin slices or use a mandoline.
  13. 13. Peel the shallot.
  14. 14. Finely chop the shallot.
  15. 15. Add the chopped shallot to the squeezed orange juice.
  16. 16. Add raspberry vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and chopped parsley.
  17. 17. Whisk the ingredients together to form a uniform dressing.
  18. 18. Finally, season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
  19. 19. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
  20. 20. Place the arugula, radish slices, avocado cubes, and feta in the center of the orange slices on the plate.
