  1. 1. Carefully slice off the peel of the oranges with a knife until only the fruit flesh remains.
  2. 2. Slice the orange flesh into thin rounds.
  3. 3. Arrange the orange slices on your serving plates with a slight overlap.
  4. 4. Make a small cross-shaped cut into the skin of the peaches.
  5. 5. Pour boiling water over the peaches in a bowl and let them sit for a moment.
  6. 6. Drain the water and peel off the softened peach skin.
  7. 7. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pit.
  8. 8. Cut the flesh into wedges and then slice them thinly.
  9. 9. Toss the peach slices in a bowl with the rose water and sugar.
  10. 10. Toast the almond slivers in a pan without added fat until golden brown.
  11. 11. Place the marinated peach pieces next to the orange slices on the plates.
  12. 12. Lightly dust the fruit with cinnamon.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the salad with the toasted almond slivers.
  14. 14. Garnish the plates with fresh mint leaves.
