🍽️ Orange Mint Shake

Ingredients
- 2 blood oranges
- 4 mint sprigs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 0.25 l milk
- 100 g yogurt
- 2 tsp pistachio kernels (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the blood oranges, removing the white pith as well. Dice the flesh and blend it in a mixer together with the mint leaves. Set aside a few leaves for garnish beforehand.
- 2. Strain the mixture through a sieve to make it smooth. Stir in sugar, milk, and yogurt until well combined. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with chopped pistachios and fresh mint leaves.
