  1. 1. Peel the blood oranges, removing the white pith as well. Dice the flesh and blend it in a mixer together with the mint leaves. Set aside a few leaves for garnish beforehand.
  2. 2. Strain the mixture through a sieve to make it smooth. Stir in sugar, milk, and yogurt until well combined. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with chopped pistachios and fresh mint leaves.
