🍽️ Fresh Orange Dip

Ingredients
- 0.5 vanilla pod
- 0.5 bunch coriander
- 1 orange
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Take the half vanilla pod and cut it lengthwise.
- 2. Scrape out the tiny black seeds from the pod with the knife.
- 3. Wash the coriander plant under running water.
- 4. Spin the greens dry or pat them off.
- 5. Carefully pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 6. Finely chop the coriander leaves.
- 7. Cut the orange in half.
- 8. Squeeze the juice from the oranges.
- 9. Pour the orange juice into a small bowl.
- 10. Add the vanilla seeds and the chopped coriander.
- 11. Stir the oil into the mixture.
- 12. Season the marinade finally with pepper.
