  1. 1. Take the half vanilla pod and cut it lengthwise.
  2. 2. Scrape out the tiny black seeds from the pod with the knife.
  3. 3. Wash the coriander plant under running water.
  4. 4. Spin the greens dry or pat them off.
  5. 5. Carefully pluck the leaves from the stems.
  6. 6. Finely chop the coriander leaves.
  7. 7. Cut the orange in half.
  8. 8. Squeeze the juice from the oranges.
  9. 9. Pour the orange juice into a small bowl.
  10. 10. Add the vanilla seeds and the chopped coriander.
  11. 11. Stir the oil into the mixture.
  12. 12. Season the marinade finally with pepper.
