🍽️ Salmon with Orange Marinade

Ingredients
- 500 g salmon fillet (very fresh and skinless)
- 1 untreated orange
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp coarse sea salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the salmon under cold water.
- 2. Pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the salmon into about 12 slices.
- 4. Make sure the slices are about 4 to 5 millimeters thick.
- 5. Wash the orange under hot water.
- 6. Dry the orange.
- 7. Grate the orange peel finely.
- 8. Squeeze the juice out of the orange.
- 9. Mix the orange juice with the oil.
- 10. Pour half of the marinade into a shallow dish.
- 11. Place the salmon slices in the dish.
- 12. Drizzle the remaining marinade over the salmon.
- 13. Cover the dish.
- 14. Let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
- 15. Put the sea salt and orange zest into a mortar.
- 16. Crush the mixture slightly.
- 17. Take the salmon out of the marinade.
- 18. Plate the salmon.
- 19. Sprinkle the salmon with the orange salt.
- 20. Pepper the salmon lightly.
- 21. Serve the salmon.
- 22. Garnish the salmon with herbs if desired.
