🍰 Orange Yogurt

Ingredients
- 2 tsp almond slices
- 300 g sweet cherries
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 0.5 orange
- 300 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pan without oil or butter.
- 2. Toast the almond slices in the pan until they are golden brown.
- 3. Remove the almond slices from the pan.
- 4. Place the almond slices on a plate.
- 5. Let the almond slices cool down completely on the plate.
- 6. Wash the cherries under running water.
- 7. Let the cherries drain well in a sieve.
- 8. Pit the cherries using a corer.
- 9. Squeeze the half orange.
- 10. Measure exactly one tablespoon of orange juice.
- 11. Put the honey into a bowl.
- 12. Add the one tablespoon of orange juice to the honey.
- 13. Add the yogurt to the honey-juice mixture.
- 14. Stir the honey, juice, and yogurt together well.
- 15. Take two glasses or bowls.
- 16. Distribute the pitted cherries evenly onto the glasses or bowls.
- 17. Pour the yogurt mixture over the cherries.
- 18. Sprinkle the cooled almond slices over the yogurt.
