  3. 3. Remove the almond slices from the pan.
  4. 4. Place the almond slices on a plate.
  5. 5. Let the almond slices cool down completely on the plate.
  6. 6. Wash the cherries under running water.
  7. 7. Let the cherries drain well in a sieve.
  8. 8. Pit the cherries using a corer.
  9. 9. Squeeze the half orange.
  10. 10. Measure exactly one tablespoon of orange juice.
  11. 11. Put the honey into a bowl.
  12. 12. Add the one tablespoon of orange juice to the honey.
  13. 13. Add the yogurt to the honey-juice mixture.
  14. 14. Stir the honey, juice, and yogurt together well.
  15. 15. Take two glasses or bowls.
  16. 16. Distribute the pitted cherries evenly onto the glasses or bowls.
  17. 17. Pour the yogurt mixture over the cherries.
  18. 18. Sprinkle the cooled almond slices over the yogurt.
