  1. 1. Rinse the organic orange under hot water and pat it dry.
  2. 2. Finely grate the orange peel.
  3. 3. Cut the orange in half and squeeze out the juice.
  4. 4. Measure exactly 100 milliliters of orange juice.
  5. 5. Place the gelatin in a bowl of cold water for a few minutes.
  6. 6. Remove the gelatin from the water and squeeze it well.
  7. 7. Take two tablespoons of the orange juice into a small saucepan.
  8. 8. Warm the juice and stir in the squeezed gelatin.
  9. 9. Stir until the gelatin has completely dissolved.
  10. 10. Stir the liquid gelatin mixture into the remaining orange juice.
  11. 11. Place the juice-gelatin mixture in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
  12. 12. Put the yogurt into a bowl.
  13. 13. Add one to two teaspoons of the grated orange peel.
  14. 14. Add two tablespoons of agave syrup.
  15. 15. Add some cinnamon.
  16. 16. Stir everything until smooth until the ingredients are well mixed.
  17. 17. Peel the two remaining oranges thickly.
  18. 18. Remove the white pith under the peel completely.
  19. 19. Cut the fruit fillets out between the membranes with a sharp knife.
  20. 20. Halve the individual orange fillets once.
  21. 21. Layer the orange fillets alternately with the yogurt in four glasses.
  22. 22. Chill the glasses for a while.
  23. 23. Chop the nuts coarsely.
  24. 24. Put the remaining agave syrup into a small frying pan.
  25. 25. Add the chopped nuts.
  26. 26. Caramelize the mixture lightly in the pan.
  27. 27. Place the caramelized nuts on a piece of baking paper.
  28. 28. Let them cool down.
  29. 29. Break the cooled nut mixture into small pieces.
  30. 30. Take the chilled orange jelly mixture out of the refrigerator.
  31. 31. Whisk the jelly mixture with a hand blender until frothy.
  32. 32. Distribute the frothy jelly mixture on the glasses.
  33. 33. Sprinkle the cream with the broken nut pieces.
  34. 34. Serve the cream immediately.
