  2. 2. Remove the skin and separate the meat from the bones.
  3. 3. Cut the chicken meat into small cubes.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
  5. 5. Finely grate the peel of one orange to get the zest.
  6. 6. Peel the second orange in larger strips.
  7. 7. Squeeze the juice from both oranges.
  8. 8. Mix the chicken cubes with the orange juice, the grated orange zest, and the chopped garlic.
  9. 9. Cover the marinade and let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  10. 10. Cook the glass noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  11. 11. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let it drain well.
  12. 12. Mix the chicken with the starch.
  13. 13. Heat oil in a wok.
  14. 14. Fry the chicken quickly over high heat.
