🍽️ Refreshing Orange Granita

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp ginger (freshly grated)
- 4 tbsp honey (more to taste)
- 8 oranges (organic)
- 6 lemons (organic)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the oranges and lemons under running water.
- 2. Finely grate the colored zest from two oranges and two lemons.
- 3. Squeeze all the oranges and lemons completely to extract the juice.
- 4. Take a small portion of the juice and add honey and ginger.
- 5. Bring this mixture to a brief boil.
- 6. Pour the hot mixture through a fine sieve to remove solid particles.
- 7. Mix the filtered juice with the remaining fresh orange juice.
- 8. Finally, season the mixture with salt and sugar to taste.
- 9. Pour the liquid into a shallow container.
- 10. Place the container in the freezer for at least four hours.
- 11. Take the container out occasionally and stir the mixture several times with a fork.
- 12. Spoon the frozen granita into glasses as soon as it has a crumbly texture.
- 13. Serve the dessert immediately.
