  1. 1. Cut the oranges in half across the middle.
  2. 2. Carefully cut the fruit segments out from between the membranes.
  3. 3. Squeeze the empty orange peels to collect the juice.
  4. 4. Cut off the tough outer rinds from the orange halves.
  5. 5. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
  6. 6. Wash the berries, pick out any bad ones, and pat them dry.
  7. 7. Rinse the mint and pluck the leaves off the stems.
  8. 8. Mix the orange pieces, pomegranate seeds, berries, and mint in a bowl.
  9. 9. Add the collected orange juice.
  10. 10. Drizzle the salad with agave nectar.
  11. 11. Fill the salad into the prepared orange halves.
