🍰 Fresh Orange Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 2 Oranges
- 0.5 Pomegranate
- 150 g Blueberries
- 200 g Wild strawberries (or regular strawberries)
- 1 Handful Mint
- 1 Tbsp Agave syrup
Instructions
- 1. Cut the oranges in half across the middle.
- 2. Carefully cut the fruit segments out from between the membranes.
- 3. Squeeze the empty orange peels to collect the juice.
- 4. Cut off the tough outer rinds from the orange halves.
- 5. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
- 6. Wash the berries, pick out any bad ones, and pat them dry.
- 7. Rinse the mint and pluck the leaves off the stems.
- 8. Mix the orange pieces, pomegranate seeds, berries, and mint in a bowl.
- 9. Add the collected orange juice.
- 10. Drizzle the salad with agave nectar.
- 11. Fill the salad into the prepared orange halves.
