  2. 2. Heat the milk mixture for one to two minutes until it boils.
  3. 3. Rinse the orange under hot water.
  4. 4. Dry the orange with a cloth.
  5. 5. Grate the orange zest finely.
  6. 6. Squeeze the juice from the orange.
  7. 7. Place the orange juice in a cool spot.
  8. 8. Stir the orange zest, xylitol, and five tablespoons of chia seeds into the warm milk mixture.
  9. 9. Let the mixture cool down for ten minutes.
  10. 10. Mix the yogurt into the cooled mixture.
  11. 11. Place the cream in the refrigerator overnight.
  12. 12. The next day, stir the orange juice into the cream.
  13. 13. Fill the cream into small bowls.
  14. 14. Roughly chop the pistachios.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the pistachios and the remaining chia seeds over the cream.
