🍰 Fruity Bulgur with Orange Dressing

Ingredients
- 100 g bulgur
- 300 g large organic orange (1 large organic orange)
- 0.5 tsp rapeseed oil
- 125 g small apples (1 small apple)
- 125 g small pears (1 small pear)
- 100 g wine grapes
- 1 fresh fig
- 125 g small bananas (1 small banana)
- 0.5 lime
- 2 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- 1. Put the bulgur into a bowl.
- 2. Pour 100 milliliters of boiling water over the bulgur.
- 3. Let the bulgur swell for about 5 minutes.
- 4. Wash the orange thoroughly.
- 5. Dry the orange.
- 6. Grate the orange peel finely.
- 7. Cut the orange in half.
- 8. Squeeze the orange.
- 9. Measure out 120 milliliters of orange juice.
- 10. Add the orange juice, orange peel, and rapeseed oil to the swollen bulgur.
- 11. Mix everything well with a fork.
- 12. Wash the apple, pear, grapes, and fig.
- 13. Dry the fruit.
- 14. Cut the pear into quarters.
- 15. Cut the apple into quarters.
- 16. Core the pear.
- 17. Core the apple.
- 18. Cut the grapes in half.
- 19. Remove the seeds from the grapes if necessary.
- 20. Peel the banana.
- 21. Cut all the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
- 22. Cut the lime in half.
- 23. Squeeze the half lime.
- 24. Put the lime juice into a small bowl.
- 25. Mix the lime juice with the maple syrup.
- 26. Pour the lime-maple syrup mixture over the fruit.
- 27. Mix the fruit well.
- 28. Let the fruit marinate for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 29. Plate the orange bulgur.
- 30. Serve the dish.
