🥗 Fresh Salad with Orange and Watercress

Ingredients
- 250 g watercress
- 1 pomegranate
- 80 g feta cheese
- 4 organic oranges
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 tbsp grape seed oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the watercress under running water.
- 2. Remove thick stems and bad leaves from the watercress.
- 3. Dry the watercress in a salad spinner or with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Cut the pomegranate in half.
- 5. Carefully separate the seeds from the peel.
- 6. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces using your hands.
- 7. Distribute the watercress evenly onto four plates.
- 8. Place the crumbled cheese mixture onto the plates with the watercress.
- 9. Peel the oranges completely using a sharp knife.
- 10. Carefully cut the segments out of the orange halves.
- 11. Catch the released orange juice in a small bowl.
- 12. Squeeze the remaining orange pulp to extract more juice.
- 13. Whisk the orange juice with vinegar and honey in a small bowl.
- 14. Stir the grape seed oil into the juice mixture.
- 15. Season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper to taste.
- 16. Place the orange segments on top of the salad.
- 17. Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds over the entire salad.
- 18. Drizzle the finished salad with the vinaigrette.
