🍽️ Fluffy Low-Carb Buns

Ingredients
- 3 eggs (size M)
- 60 g low-fat quark
- 60 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds (or other spices)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Separate the eggs. Place the egg yolks in a bowl.
- 3. Add the low-fat quark and cream cheese to the egg yolks.
- 4. Mix the egg yolk mixture with the quark and cheese thoroughly.
- 5. Whip the egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff.
- 6. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.
- 7. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 8. Divide the egg mixture into eight small mounds on the tray.
- 9. Bake the buns in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- 10. Sprinkle the finished buns with sesame seeds or spices of your choice.
- 11. Let the buns cool down briefly before serving.
