  2. 2. Separate the eggs. Place the egg yolks in a bowl.
  3. 3. Add the low-fat quark and cream cheese to the egg yolks.
  4. 4. Mix the egg yolk mixture with the quark and cheese thoroughly.
  5. 5. Whip the egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff.
  6. 6. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.
  7. 7. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  8. 8. Divide the egg mixture into eight small mounds on the tray.
  9. 9. Bake the buns in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  10. 10. Sprinkle the finished buns with sesame seeds or spices of your choice.
