Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp butter
- 80 g cauliflower florets (pre-cooked)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- parsley (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the eggs with one tablespoon of water, salt, and pepper until well combined. Heat butter in a frying pan and cook the egg mixture over medium heat. Spread the cauliflower evenly on top.
- 2. Drizzle with lemon juice and continue cooking covered until the surface is set but still slightly moist. Finally, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
