🍽️ Fluffy Omelet with Quark and Wild Garlic Filling

Ingredients
- 50 g wild garlic (1 handful)
- 200 g low-fat quark
- 2 tbsp milk (1.5% fat)
- salt
- pepper
- 3 eggs
- 5 g butter (1 tsp)
- 1 tomato
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the wild garlic under running water.
- 2. Shake the wild garlic dry.
- 3. Cut the wild garlic into thin strips.
- 4. Put the quark into a bowl.
- 5. Add the milk to the quark.
- 6. Add the cut wild garlic strips to the quark.
- 7. Season the quark mixture with salt.
- 8. Season the quark mixture with pepper.
- 9. Stir the quark mixture well with a spoon.
- 10. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
- 11. Add one tablespoon of water to the eggs.
- 12. Stir the eggs and water well.
- 13. Season the egg mixture with salt.
- 14. Season the egg mixture with pepper.
- 15. Heat a frying pan on the stove.
- 16. Melt the butter in the hot pan.
- 17. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
- 18. Set the stove to medium heat.
- 19. Cover the pan with a lid.
- 20. Cook the omelet until the surface is slightly set.
- 21. Fold the omelet in the middle.
- 22. Continue cooking the omelet for a few more minutes.
- 23. Rinse the tomato under running water.
- 24. Remove the hard stem area from the tomato.
- 25. Cut the tomato into four quarters.
- 26. Split the finished omelet in the middle.
- 27. Place the omelet halves on two plates.
- 28. Add the wild garlic quark filling onto the omelet.
- 29. Garnish the dish with the tomato quarters.
- 30. Eat the omelet immediately while warm.
