🍽️ Chicken and Vegetable Omelette

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 tsp ghee
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 3 carrots
- 0.25 celery
- 1 red zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 spring onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken meat into thin strips.
- 2. Heat ghee in a frying pan.
- 3. Fry the chicken strips for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring constantly.
- 4. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- 5. Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.
- 6. Wash and clean the vegetables.
- 7. Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
- 8. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in the same pan.
- 9. Fry the vegetables for 2 minutes while stirring.
- 10. Cover the pan and simmer the vegetables for another 4 minutes.
- 11. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
- 12. Mix the vegetables with the prepared chicken meat.
- 13. Beat 1 tablespoon of water into the eggs.
- 14. Salt and pepper the egg mixture.
- 15. Heat the remaining butter in a clean frying pan over medium heat.
- 16. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
- 17. Fry the omelette covered until the surface is slightly set.
- 18. Place the omelette on a plate.
- 19. Spread the chicken and vegetable filling over one half of the omelette.
- 20. Fold the omelette slightly together.
