  1. 1. Cut the chicken meat into thin strips.
  2. 2. Heat ghee in a frying pan.
  3. 3. Fry the chicken strips for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring constantly.
  4. 4. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.
  6. 6. Wash and clean the vegetables.
  7. 7. Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
  8. 8. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in the same pan.
  9. 9. Fry the vegetables for 2 minutes while stirring.
  10. 10. Cover the pan and simmer the vegetables for another 4 minutes.
  11. 11. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Mix the vegetables with the prepared chicken meat.
  13. 13. Beat 1 tablespoon of water into the eggs.
  14. 14. Salt and pepper the egg mixture.
  15. 15. Heat the remaining butter in a clean frying pan over medium heat.
  16. 16. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  17. 17. Fry the omelette covered until the surface is slightly set.
  18. 18. Place the omelette on a plate.
  19. 19. Spread the chicken and vegetable filling over one half of the omelette.
  20. 20. Fold the omelette slightly together.
