  9. 9. Fry the potato slices over medium heat.
  10. 10. Turn the potatoes frequently to ensure even cooking.
  11. 11. Fry the potatoes for about 10 minutes.
  12. 12. Add the apple cubes to the pan after 5 minutes.
  13. 13. Cook the apple cubes along with the potatoes.
  14. 14. Get a small bowl in the meantime.
  15. 15. Whisk the eggs into the bowl.
  16. 16. Pour the mineral water into the eggs.
