Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- soft butter (for frying)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk them vigorously with a wire whisk. Heat a frying pan, brush it lightly with butter, and pour in the egg mixture.
- 2. Stir the egg over low heat with a spatula until it starts to set. When the surface still looks moist and shiny, season with salt and pepper, fold it together, and serve.
