🍽️ Fresh Cucumber Salad with Zesty Vinegar-Oil Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber (approx. 750g)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt
- 1 tsp honey
- pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 0.5 bunch dill
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and pat it dry with a kitchen towel. Then slice it into very thin rounds or grate it finely using a vegetable grater.
- 2. Whisk the olive oil in a small bowl with the vinegar, salt, honey, and pepper until everything is well combined.
- 3. Peel the medium onion and dice it into small cubes. Wash the dill, shake off excess water, and chop it finely. Add both to the dressing and stir well.
- 4. Pour the finished dressing over the cucumber salad just before serving and mix everything gently together.
