🍽️ Grandma's Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 125 g potatoes
- 125 g green beans
- 125 g carrots
- 125 g kohlrabi
- 125 g leek
- 125 g cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 l vegetable broth
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potato and cut it into small cubes.
- 2. Trim the beans, wash them, and cut them in half.
- 3. Peel the carrots and the kohlrabi and cut them into cubes as well.
- 4. Trim the leek, wash it, and cut it into small pieces.
- 5. Trim the cauliflower, wash it, and separate it into small florets.
- 6. Heat the oil in a pot.
- 7. Sauté the prepared vegetables briefly.
- 8. Deglaze the vegetables with the broth.
- 9. Bring the soup to a boil.
- 10. Reduce the heat to low to medium and let the soup simmer for about 15 minutes.
- 11. Season the soup with salt and pepper and adjust the taste.
- 12. Serve the soup on plates.
