  4. 4. Trim the leek, wash it, and cut it into small pieces.
  5. 5. Trim the cauliflower, wash it, and separate it into small florets.
  6. 6. Heat the oil in a pot.
  7. 7. Sauté the prepared vegetables briefly.
  8. 8. Deglaze the vegetables with the broth.
  9. 9. Bring the soup to a boil.
  10. 10. Reduce the heat to low to medium and let the soup simmer for about 15 minutes.
  11. 11. Season the soup with salt and pepper and adjust the taste.
  12. 12. Serve the soup on plates.
